END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR HEADSET BUTTON PROGRAM
Important - read carefully:

This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter the "EULA") is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and
Igor Lozovsky for the Headset Button Program, which includes any
associated software components and any "online" or electronic
documentation (hereinafter the "SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying,
or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms
of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not
use the SOFTWARE.

1. OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. Igor Lozovsky retains
the copyright, title and ownership of the SOFTWARE and the written
materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original
and other copies may exist.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE.
(a) Evaluation Copy. You may use the SOFTWARE without charge on an
evaluation basis for 21 days from the day that you install the
SOFTWARE. You must pay the license fee and register you copy to
continue to use the SOFTWARE after the 21 days. This EULA terminates
automatically upon the expiration of the evaluation term or if you
fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination you
shall remove the SOFTWARE from your computer(s).

(b) Registered Copy. After you have purchased the license for
SOFTWARE, you may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a
single handheld computer. If multiple licenses have been purchased,
you may install and use the SOFTWARE on the same number of handheld
computers as licenses purchased.

(c) Backup Copy. You may make a single backup copy of the SOFTWARE.
You may use the backup copy solely for archival purposes.

3. RESTRICTIONS.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE,
except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may
not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE.

4. TERMINATION.
Without prejudice to any other rights, Igor Lozovsky may terminate
this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this
EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.

5. COPYRIGHT.
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty
provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property
in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that
title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE (including but not
limited to any images, photographs, text, and "applets" incorporated
into the SOFTWARE) will remain the exclusive property of Igor Lozovsky
and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as
expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the
SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on
and in the SOFTWARE.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY - NO WARRANTIES.
Igor Lozovsky expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. The
SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "as is" without
warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without
limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out
of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you.

7. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall Igor Lozovsky be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, or any other
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the
SOFTWARE, even if Igor Lozovsky has been advised of the possibility
of such damages.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS.
By using the Headset Button Program, you acknowledge that you have
read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and
conditions.
